I’ll admit, I have weak self control when it comes to cookies. It’s a better idea to not have them in the house at all. Otherwise, I’ll eat a ton and make myself sick! The same can be said for my children. Many of the recipes you find online after a quick search make at least two dozen cookies. Great for a party; not so great for your health! Here is a recipe for a very small batch of oatmeal raisin cookies.

These cookies are egg-free. Also, this recipe can be used as a baking mix for party or wedding favors. The dry ingredients (1-8) can be put into a container, with the remaining ingredients and directions printed on a label. I have made these as favors, and they were a hit!
